Escooter Charger

⚠️ Important Charging Notice

If the scooter battery has been completely discharged and has remained unused for an extended period, the charging process may not start immediately after connecting the charger.

In such cases, please keep the charger connected continuously. It may take 2–3 hours before the battery recovers sufficiently and the charging indicator shows normal charging status.

This is a normal battery protection behavior and does not necessarily indicate a fault with the charger or the scooter.

If charging still does not begin after 3 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
